These terms apply to your use of swimprobs.com and purchases from Swimmer Probs. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Swimmer Probs. Our store is hosted by Shopify. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.

Orders and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and keep any account credentials secure. Review your size, color, and address before submitting an order.

Orders are subject to payment approval and product availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, or discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate correction or refund rather than charge a different price without your agreement.

Products and pricing

Our products are made to order. Product descriptions and size guides help you choose your item. Screen settings and garment-dye variations may affect how colors appear, but this does not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. The price and currency displayed at checkout apply to your order. Shipping, taxes, and any other charges collected by us are shown before payment. International duties, taxes, and clearance charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient, as explained in our shipping policy.

Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping policy describes destinations, rates, production, tracking, and delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; contact us if an order is delayed or missing so we can help resolve it.

Our Return and refund policy provides a 30-day return/exchange window, explains shipping responsibilities, and describes how we handle defects, incorrect items, cancellations, and statutory EU/UK withdrawal rights. Email us promptly to request an order change before production starts. An inability to stop production does not remove any applicable statutory rights.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use our website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person’s information, interfere with site security, upload malicious software, or infringe others’ rights. Our branding, designs, photographs, and website content belong to us or their respective owners. Browsing or buying a product does not grant a license to reproduce those materials for commercial use.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared. Payment providers, Shopify, and other services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Links to third-party websites do not mean that we control their content or services.

Consumer rights and responsibility

We aim to keep our website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including your rights relating to faulty goods, goods not as described, refunds, and statutory cancellation. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the website. Changes do not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an order you already placed. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
